The yield sign is a Scrap item in Lethal Company that functions identically to the Shovel.
The yield sign is primarily used to eliminate some creatures, but can also harm teammates. It can be sold at the company desk and is heavier than the Shovel and Stop sign, making it the least preferable melee weapon.
