Gordion is the moon in Lethal Company where The Company resides. The Company is a corporate entity that engages in unknown activities requiring extensive of scrap from abandoned, seemingly once industrialized and dangerous moons.
Valued employees will descend onto what appears to be a loading dock in front of a colossal walled structure in the middle of a land-less stormy Moon.
This is where employees engage in selling their collected scrap for The Lethal Company.

Company Objective[]
The employees' primary objective is to venture out and collect that scrap for the company in order to meet the given profit quota. The company incentives its contracted employees in two ways:
- Offering credits in exchange for scrap. Employees can then use these credits to explore new and more scrap-rich moons, purchase equipment, ship upgrades and decorations.
- Discouraging failure by discharging employees should they fail to meet the profit quota.
The Company Monster[]
The Company Monster, sometimes called Jeb, That thing that ate my friend, IT, or Tentacles, is the creature that collects the sold scrap and supposedly operates the speaker that plays the encouraging voice lines when items are sold.
It appears to be some sort of tentacle monster. Ringing the bell too much will often result in The Company Monster getting agitated and killing an employee.
Selling Scrap[]
Scrap can be sold by landing on Gordion. It is possible to visit The Lethal Company at any point in the game without losing days. It is advisable to wait until the last day before selling, though, as the value at which the company buys scrap drastically increases as time goes on.
- Day 1: Buying at 33%
- Day 2: Buying at 53%
- Day 3: Buying at 77%
- Day 4: Buying at 100%
- Day 5(?): Buying at 123% (If the player were to miss their quota deadline and check the terminal right after, there is a small window of time when the computer says the Company is buying at 123%. However, it is completely impossible to go down to Gordion at this point, as this can only be seen right before the cutscene of being fired.)
- Unknown Day: Buying at 120% (Only referred to in one of Sigurd's logs and is not currently in the game)

The Drill[]
There is a large metal cylinder, commonly assumed to be a drill located underneath the main platform, only reached by doing some clever jumps. It is speculated to be the future end of the game, as you can see that it's on a track pointed toward the Company building. It seems to have slots for some sort of button and two apparatus; as of now neither can be connected. The main cable from the button to the drill is severed and there is no possible way to reconnect it. On the wall in front of the drill is a spray painted green circle which is speculated to be where the drill will hit the wall.

Trivia[]
- It is worth noting that Gordion is the only moon where time does not move. This means employees can land and take off as many times as they want, and it won't have any influence on the quota deadline.
- This makes it a safe place to purchase items from the store without wasting valuable time.
- Putting on a comedy or tragedy mask will not transform the player into the masked and instead just kill them.
- Some hypothesize that the name Gordion was originally the word "Golden," but has been mistranslated and lost to time. This is substantiated by one of Sigurd's logs that mentions "The Golden Planet", which was swallowed up by something called "The Beast".
- Even though the moon is classified as safe, Mimics can spawn using a bug with the Cruiser.
- In European history, Gordion was the capital city of ancient Phrygia, where King Midas ruled from. Midas is legendarily known for his touch being able to turn anything into gold.
- Sigurd's logs starts on Aug 22, 1968, and the date on the terminal is July 3, 2532, meaning that the Company has been in operation for at least 563 years, 10 months, and 11 days.
- If the an employee were to go far enough to the right with a jet-pack, they would be able to see player models floating in the air, as well as what appears to be an early version of the window players can sell scrap at. However, it doesn't do anything.
- The top of the Company building has strange collision which doesn't match its model. This can give the illusion of a player floating in the air, when they are actually standing on an invisible box.
- The Company's name may be "Halden Electronics", as it's the name listed on the ship manual, and the cruiser manual. (However Halden Electronics could be a subsidiary, or different company entirely, it's unclear.)
Voice lines[]
When selling scrap to the company, these voice lines will play. The Rare voice lines only have a 3% chance to replace a Default one.
